Week 1 of wrestling training

first off i would like to apologize for my long period of absence. i had to put my wrestling training on hold back in november due to financial problems. finally kick started my wrestling training two weeks ago with my twin sister lacey.  lets start with our scheduale. monday and tuesdays training commence. first week was about learning how to take bumps. my first week i impressed my trainer with the art of taking bumps already mastered. i took forward bumps and back bumps. a forward bump basically a forward roll. those of you who are or have taken gymnastics  know what it consists of.  those of you that dont you basically have to put your left leg infront of you and push yourself over. my sister has yet to master the forward bump so hopefully in the weeks to come she will get over her fear of hurting her neck and do it. next we took a series of back bumps. started off with taking back bumps from the squating position. what you wanna do is before you take a bump you always tuck in your chin and when you fall keep your hands flat on the canvas. (hits the other way major owie) after we got that down we took back bumps from a standing point which makes the fall more higher and more impact. like other bumps you also tuck your chin and keep your hands flat when you fall.  week two coming later tonight

I'm to vicariously learn how to wrestle through this blog.  Eventually, I will challenge and defeat my dog, who is the only opponent I have.
